The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the original contempt petitioner, namely, Mandabai Vitthal Hingurde is died during pendency of the contempt petition. The monetary benefits would flow from the said contempt petition, hence, her legal heir is necessary to be taken on record and requested to allow the application. 2] The learned AGP submits that appropriate order be passed.
