Admittedly, the investigation is complete and charge sheet is filed. Perusal of the charge sheet does not reflect any injury certificate. In view thereof, it will be appropriate, in my opinion, to order the release of the present applicant on bail. Hence, I pass the following order.

The applicant be released on bail, on furnishing P.R.bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with one surety in the

4293.15crpln -2like amount, in Crime No. 145 of 2015 registered with Gandhi Chowk Police Station, Latur for the offence punishable under Section 394 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The applicant shall keep himself away from the jurisdiction of concerned police station till conclusion of trial. 3.
