Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file Revision before the Sessions Court. Leave granted. Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.

Interim relief granted by this court shall remain in force till revision is preferred before the Sessions Court. Needless to say that the Sessions Judge may consider the time spent in pursuing this writ petition before this court while entertaining the revision on the point of condonation of delay.
