for identification. Relying upon the contents of the said letter and the order, the

998.16WP learned A.G.P. submits that as soon as the petitioner will complete 18 years imprisonment, he will be immediately released. He submits that yet the petitioner has not actually completed 18 years period.

In the light of above, the Petition stands disposed of.

Since, Mrs. Bharati B. Gunjal, the learned counsel is appointed as Amicus Curie to prosecute the cause of the petitioner, her fees be paid as per the schedule of fees maintained by the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Aurangabad.
