1] By these civil applications, the applicants seek stay of the impugned judgment and award passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Latur, dated 20.4.2013 in Land Acquisition Reference Nos.20/1994 and 231/1994 to the extent of LAR Nos.230/1994 and 231/1994. 2] Mr.Nawandar, learned counsel for the applicants states that this Court had granted ad interim order on 13.9.2013 on the condition that the applicants shall deposit 50% of the award amount within a period of 12 weeks. The applicants had already deposited the amount in compliance with the ad interim orders passed by this Court. He states that the claimants have already withdrawn the amount permitted to be withdrawn by this Court. The said statement is accepted.

3] The delay, if any, in making the payment by the applicants is condoned.

- 3 - 4] The civil applications are allowed and made absolute in terms of the ad interim orders passed by this Court. No order as to costs.
