By the present petition, the petitioner challenges the letter dated 18.03.2023, issued by the recovery officer asking the petitioner to pay the outstanding amount of Rs.9,26,611/-. It is also stated in the letter that, in the event, the petitioner fails to make the payment that the recovery officer would initiate such proceedings against him for recovery of the same. The said letter is challenged in the writ petition.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to take recourse to challenge the notice or to defend the

2 914 proceedings as may be initiated against him in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed above.
