Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have filed applications seeking caste certificates before the Sub Divisional Officer in the year 2017, but the same are not yet decided. 2.
In all these matters, the fathers of the petitioners are granted validity certificates. 3.
Learned AGP accepts notice for respondents and submits that authority shall decide it in accordance with law.

The authority would require to decide applications within the period of forty five days from the receipt of the applications. Authority concerned would naturally consider the validity certificates issued in favour of the fathers of the petitioners. Authority shall decide applications of all the petitioners for issuance of caste
wp9147.18 certificates within a period of six weeks from today. 5.
Writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
