Perused the report filed by the office. The appeal was decided by this Court and the order passed by the tribunal was modified. In view of the report, it appears that applicants i.e. original claimants are entitled to get in all amount of Rs.30,00,738/- and the insurance company has deposited amount of Rs.4,75,343/- in excess. Under such circumstance, the said excess amount be returned to the appellant-insurance company. 2.
From the said amount of compensation to which the claimants are entitled, amount of Rs.2,00,000/- be kept in the name of applicant No.3 for a period of 5 years in fixed deposit of her choice and amount of

Further an amount of Rs.7,00,000/- be kept in fixed deposit in the name of applicant No.2, who is a minor by showing his mother i.e. applicant No.1 as guardian, till the attainment of majority by the minor with liberty to applicant No.1 to take quarterly interest. From rest of the amount, amount of Rs.5,00,000/- be kept in the name of applicant No.1 in fixed deposit in bank of her choice for a period of 5 years with liberty to take quarterly interest to her. Rest of the amount be given to applicant No.1 by account payee cheque. After the maturity of fixed deposits of applicant Nos.1 and 3, the entire matured amount be given to them without requiring any further orders from any Court.
