The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal is forwarded by the Assistant Commissioner, Social Welfare, Parbhani to the Regional Deputy Commissioner, Social Welfare, Aurangabad for treating the suspension period as duty period and other consequential benefits. The same is forwarded on 23.04.2019, however as yet the same is not decided.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents no. 1 to 3.

In case, the proposal, as contended by the petitioner (Page No. 44) is pending with respondent no. 2, then respondent no. 2 shall decide the same on it's own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months.
