We find that the petition is premature at this stage. It is the contention of the petitioner that the Municipal council has forwarded Draft Development Plan to the State Government. The petitioner has raised objection before the State Government. Naturally, the objections are required to be dealt with by the State Government before finalizing the same.

We do not find any reason to entertain the petition at this stage. 3.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
