The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the appeal filed by the petitioner before the respondent No. 1 with regard to the grant of approval is pending since September 2019. The appeal is filed as per the remedy provided under G. R. dated 03rd October, 2017.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 4.

In case appeal filed by the petitioner (Page no. 64) is pending with the respondent No. 1, then the respondent No. 1 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six

(06) months from today.
