Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent/State.

The facts have been discussed in detail in the order dated 24.08.2022. It has been alleged against the father of the complainant that he assaulted the mother of the applicant with fists and blows. The incident took place at Family Court, Jalgaon. The case for restitution of conjugal rights is filed by the applicant against his wife. There are no serious injuries sustained to the complainant. It seems that the relations between the husband and wife are too strained. The father of the complainant was not ready to send the complainant for cohabitation. Considering the facts of the case, the custodial interrogation of the applicant would serve
