1. Learned counsel for applicants submits that second appeal had been moved for hearing on 16-12-2015, accordingly the matter was to appear on board on 16-12-2015, however, on enquiry with office some shortcomings about title clause are shown and the same require to be corrected / removed.

The matter had been mentioned yesterday for hearing on civil application and accordingly it has been listed today. 3.

After hearing the parties, civil application, for the reasons contained therein, is allowed in terms of prayer clause "A" and stands disposed of.
