DATE : AUGUST 29, 2022 ORDER :- This is an application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The applicants have been arrested in connection with Crime No.0191 of 2022 registered with Sonai Police Station, Tq.Newasa, Dist. Ahmednagar.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.

On investigation, charge sheet has been filed. The stolen articles have been recovered. Both the applicants are in the age group of 21-22 years. It will take time for commencement and conclusion of the trial. In view thereof, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the present applicants. Hence, the following order:-

15-BA.1332..2022 (i) The application is allowed.

(ii) The applicants be released in connection with Crime No.0191 of 2022 registered with Sonai Police Station, Tq.Newasa, Dist. Ahmednagar, on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) each with one surety each in the like amount.

(iii) The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner.

(iv) Until conclusion of the trial, the applicants shall attend the concerned police station daily at 10.00 p.m. [R.G. AVACHAT, J.] KBP
