We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Mr. Sakil Shaikh, learned counsel accepts notice for respondent nos. 4 and 5 and submits that respondent nos. 4 and 5 would forward proposal seeking

wp9149.18 approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak within four weeks.

On receipt of proposal, the Education Officer shall decide the same, on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously, preferably within six months from the receipt of the proposal.
