DATE : 15.11.2019 P.C. :- These are the applications by the original claimants seeking withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited by the acquiring body in this Court pursuant to the order passed by the Reference Court. The learned advocate for the applicants submit that these are the matters from a group. In few other First Appeals preferred by the acquiring body in the references arising out of the same group, this Court by the order dated 01.11.2018 has allowed the claimants to withdraw 75% of the amount and same order may be passed even in these applications.

The learned advocate Mr. Arora for the respondent no.3 opposes

( 2 ) 90 ca 10279.19 the application, however, admits that in the companion matters this Court has allowed the claimants therein to withdraw 75% of the amount. 3.

In view of the above the applicants are entitled to withdraw 75% of the amount, 50% by furnishing undertaking in usual terms and 25% on furnishing solvent security. The applications are allowed in terms of the order passed in Civil Application No. 13564 of 2018 in First Appeal No. 4416 of 20017 and connected matters on 01.11.2018.
