By the present petition which is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed in prayer clause "C" as under :- "

By writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or directions, the respondent Nos.1 to 3 be directed to accommodate the petitioner on the post of Assistant Teacher in the respondent No.2 school on the next vacancy and for that purpose necessary orders be passed. "

Respondent no.03 - Education Officer (Primary) shall consider and decide the proposal given by respondent no.01 - Management on merits and according to law, expeditiously and sympathetically taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has been working since 1993 and has now passed D.Ed. examination. The Education Officer shall also consider various judgments of this Court before passing the order. The Education Officer shall complete the said process as far as possible within six weeks.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
