In both these petitions, the identically situated petitioners, who have already joined their places of postings, pray that their representations set out in prayer Clause 'B' may be considered by the

WP 8809-2022 employer, in the light of the Circular dated 28/06/2018. They are not averse to transfers. It is only that the postings were inconvenient and, hence, they want a reconsideration as per the circular.

The learned Advocate representing respondent Nos.3 and 4, submits that these representations would be decided as per the existing policy on or before 30/09/2022.
