At the relevant time, the victim was below 18 years of age. Both applicant and respondent no.2 had eloped and got married. It was a consensual relationship. They have been residing together since last two years. The couple is blessed with a child. 3.

In view of the above, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
