It is submitted on instructions that respondents have assured the petitioner that the amount in question would be paid. In view of such assurance, petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the contempt petition. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the event the order of the Court remains uncomplied, liberty may be given to the petitioner to approach the Court again.

In view of the above, contempt petition is closed with liberty as prayed for.
