Heard learned counsel for respective parties. 2.

Present petition is directed against the order dated 31.01.2022 passed below Exhibit-5 by the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Jamkhed in R.C.S. No.100 of 2020. The same was confirmed by the learned District Judge, Shrigonda by order dated 29.06.2022 in Misc. Civil Appeal No.07 of 2022. 3.

I have gone through the orders passed by the learned Trial Court as well as the Appellate Court. Since both Courts have concurrently held against the petitioner, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition. However, as the suit is of the year 2020, it is desirable to direct the Trial Court to decide the suit within a period of one year from today.

In view thereof, the petition is dismissed. No order as to cost.
