The Petitioner, which is the Educational Trust, has challenged the Letter of Intent dated 16.08.2022 issued by the Respondent No.1 in favour of the Respondent No.3 - Institution.

By order dated 17.10.2022 this Court had passed interim order that '

further decision on the Letter of Intent issued in favour of Respondent No.3, may not be formalized'.

During the pendency of the Petition, Respondent No.2 issued the communication dated 26.12.2022 to Respondent No.3 - Educational Trust informing that their proposal was disqualified for final permission to run a new College as per the aforesaid Letter of Intent. In view of this subsequent development / communication, nothing survives in the Writ Petition and the same is disposed off as become infructuous. All the points are kept open.
