Present application is filed for withdrawal of amount of compensation alongwith interest.

Learned Advocate for respondent No. 1 opposed the application stating that as per order dated 01.11.2023 passed by this Court, 75% amount alongwith interest is already withdrawn by the applicants. The enhancement is five times. Therefore, they may not be permitted to withdraw the remaining amount. 3.

Taking into consideration the fact that acquisition has taken place in the year 2008 and 75% of the compensation amount is deposited by the respondents, we deem it appropriate

919 CA NO.9858.2024 -2to allow the application and permit the applicants / claimants to withdraw the remaining 25% amount alongwith accrued interest, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
