The prayer is made in the present petition to conduct enquiry in respect of irregularities and the activities of respondent nos.5 and 6. Affidavit in reply is filed by respondent nos.2 to 4 stating that the enquiry was conducted, inspection team was appointed and the report is submitted by the inspection team. 2] We have heard Mr.Shinde, learned counsel for petitioner and the learned counsel for respondents. In view of the enquiry being conducted by respondents, prayer made in the Writ Petition does not survive.

3] Mr.Shinde, learned counsel submits that the petitioners are

4] The petitioner may assail the said enquiry report as would be permissible in law.
