The applicant is booked for the offence punishable under Section 302, 307 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code as he has killed his wife at her parental place and also assaulted his mother in law.

The perusal of charge sheet reflects that the complainant Nanda herself is an eye witness to the incident. 3.

There is also other incriminating evidence on record. In view thereof, in my opinion, no case for bail is made out. The application, as such, stands dismissed.
