2] In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the execution and implementation of the impugned award passed by the Reference Court, is hereby stayed subject to the condition that the applicant/appellant shall deposit the entire decretal amount accompanied with interest accrued thereon, in this court within a period of 12 weeks, failing which the stay shall stand automatically vacated; the respondent will be at liberty to make application for dismissal of the appeal and applicant/applicant shall suffer further legal consequences. Accordingly, the application stands allowed and disposed of.
