Heard. This application is filed for withdrawal of amount. 02.

Learned Advocate Mr. Usmanpurkar opposes the application stating that the learned Tribunal has not properly considered the evidence in respect of medical expenses and awarded exorbitant amount. 03.

Considering this, the following order :- (i) The application is partly allowed.

(ii) The applicant is entitled to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in this Court along with accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking.

(iii) Further 25% is allowed to be withdrawn on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

(iv) Remaining amount of 25% shall be invested in the fixed deposit of any nationalized bank to be renewed periodically till disposal of the appeal.
