Heard learned AGP. It is his submission that the connected Appeals filed by the Acquiring Body has already filed Appeal in respect of the impugned judgment and awards. It is his submission that no prejudice will cause to the other side if the delay is condoned. In spite of service of notice, respondent has not filed any reply. This indicates that Respondent is not interested to oppose the applications. Hence, Applications stand allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. 3.
