Heard learned advocates for both the sides finally at their request. 2.

The learned advocates are unanimous in submitting that couple of Writ Petitions preferred by the present petitioner in respect of few other employees have already been allowed by this Court by orders dated 11.02.2021 (Writ Petition No. 4489/2020 and Writ Petition No. 4500/2020) The learned advocates unanimously submit that for the self-same reason as mentioned in those orders even this Writ Petition can be dismissed. 3.

I have carefully gone through the facts of the present case and the orders in the other two Writ Petitions dated 11.02.2021. Considering the fact that the petitioner herein stand on the same footing vis a vis his relation with the petitioner Municipal Council, even this Writ Petition deserves to be disposed of for the same reasons as mentioned in the orders. 4.
