The directions are already given in earlier writ petition to the scrutiny committee to decide the validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner within a time bound manner.

Mr. Jadhavar, the learned counsel submits that, the petitioner has already filed an application with the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal for stay of proceedings till the validation proceedings is decided. No orders are passed on the said application and M. R. T. is insisting for the validity certificate.

The petitioner may get the orders on his application for stay and in case some adverse orders are passed on the said application, then the petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate proceedings against the said order. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
