Affidavit is filed by respondent Nos. 2 to 4 that the pay bills of the petitioner for the period 01.02.2005 to 23.04.2007 have been approved and sanctioned by the Superintendent of Pay and Provident Fund unit. The amount of said pay bills has been credited to the account of the school and the said amount has been disbursed to the petitioner on 11.04.2011. As such, the grievance of the petitioner does not survive. 2.

On 12.07.2017 the matter was called out, however, nobody appeared for the petitioner. The Court observed that, if nobody turns up for the petitioner on the next date, the matter will be dismissed.

Today also when the matter is called out for final hearing, none appears for the petitioner. So also the grievance of the petitioner does not survive as per the affidavit filed by respondent Nos. 2 to 4.

In the light of above, the writ petition is dismissed. Rule discharged. No costs.
