Mr. Yeramwar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that alongwith petitioner the validation proceedings of her father and brother is also pending since year 2017. The hearing has also taken place, however, the final order is not passed. The petitioner has also filed her say to the vigilance report. The petitioner requires the validity to secure her admission in the second year Engineering Course by 30.08.2018.

The learned A.G.P accepts notice for respondent nos.1, 2 and 3.

Considering the exigency and the fact that vigilance is conducted and also say is filed, the

The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 10.08.2018.
