Heard learned Counsel for respective parties. The applicant, who is original opponent no.2 in the Claim Petition and also the registered owner of offending vehicle, is seeking condonation of delay of 361 days on the ground that he had no knowledge about the award having been passed. The learned Counsel for the Respondent No.3Insurance Company strongly opposed the application. However, considering the statutory right of the applicant and the reasons stated in the application, delay of 361 days stands condoned.
