The learned counsel submits that the proceedings are pending since year 2005. In case, the validation proceedings in respect of the caste claim of the petitioner is pending with respondent no.2-committee, then respondent no.2-committee shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within six (06) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 27.08.2018.
