The applicant Acquiring Body has deposited the amount of compensation as per the award with interest accrued thereon in this Court and since this Court has allowed respondents/Claimants to withdraw 80% of the amount by a separate order, there shall be stay to the execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award till disposal of the appeal.
