The term of respondent no.5, whose disqualification as a member of Grampanchayat was sought, is already over. As such, matter has rendered infructuous and stands disposed of accordingly. 2.

It is clarified that in case, in future point of disqualification is noticed, it is open for the petitioner to take out such proceedings as are available in law.
