[2] Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for Non-Applicant No.1 submitted that he has no objection if amount is withdrawn.

Applicant - Dilip Papalal Jaiswal is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.75,000=00 deposited by Non-Applicant No.1 - Shaikh Azam Karim before the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Jalna, District - Jalna vide Receipt No.51049932 on 22nd June, 2010.
