By this application, applicant-wife seeks transfer of Petition No.B-11/2024 pending before Principal Judge, Family Court, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar to Family Court at Parbhani. 2.

The learned Advocate appearing for respondent-husband, on instructions submits that respondent has no objection for transfer of proceeding to Family Court at Parbhani. Since parties are ad idem on transferring the proceeding to Family Court at Parbhani, there is no impediment in allowing application and it is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer Clause (B).
