The learned counsel submits that this Court had directed the respondent No.2 to take decision upon the proposal forwarded by the Management, seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as a 'Kamathi' from Scheduled Caste category. Respondent No. 2 has recommended the same to the respondent No.1, however, it is for the respondent No. 2 to decide the proceedings. Learned A.G.P. accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 3. 2.

In fact, the respondent No.2 ought to have decided the said proceedings, even if some advise was sought by the respondent No. 2 from respondent No.1. The same ought to have been given by now as 1/2

54.wp.9289.19.odt in March 2019 itself, respondent No.2 has forwarded the proposal to respondent No.1.

Be that as it may, the respondent shall take final decision upon the proposal of the petitioner within a period of 3 months from today.
