We have heard Shri Godsay, learned Advocate for the petitioners in Writ Petition Nos. 7316/2004, 7317/2004 and 7318/2004. None appears for the identical petitioner in Writ Petition No. 7321/2004. Shri Godsay submits that the petitioners in these four Petitions have approached this Court against the interim order passed by the District Consumer Redressal Forum, Jalna. By the order dated 09.12.2004, this Court while admitting the Petitions, has granted interim relief.
