The applicant is an accused in the commission of offence punishable under Sections 376, 506 of the Indian Penal Code in Crime No.I-115/2015 registered with Loni Police Station, District Ahmednagar lodged on 06/07/2015 for the offence/incident occurred on 30/06/2015.

There is an eye witness to the incident in question i.e., son of Nanda namely Dattatraya.

Even there is a delay of about six days in filing the F.I.R.,

Having perused the investigation papers and having noticed that prima facie case is made out against the present applicant and availability of enough evidence, sit will be appropriate, in my opinion, to reject the present application for grant of pre-arrest bail, and accordingly, the same is rejected.

The interim protection granted by this Court is extended by further two weeks from today.
