Police Inspector, Dhule Taluka Police Station, Dhule has given communication of today's date to the learned APP informing present status in respect of the FIR bearing Crime No.39 of 2023 involved in the present matter. It is stated that 'C' Summary has been filed on 31.10.2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Dhule. 2.

We presume that the concerned Magistrate would take the proper procedure upon the summary filed. Under such circumstance, we dispose of the application with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court, if occasion arises.
