The limited grievance of the petitioner is that the appeal filed by the petitioner along with stay application be directed to be decided by respondent No.3.

The learned AGP accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and submits that respondent No.3 would decide the appeal along with stay application on its own merit after hearing all concerned.

In the light of that, respondent No.2 shall decide the appeal and stay application filed by the petitioner on its own merit in accordance with law after hearing all parties concerned expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months. 3.
