The petitioner is seeking appointment on compassionate ground on account of death of his father who was in the employment of the respondent-Ashram School.

The learned A.G.P. points out that in view of the government resolution dated 03.10.2017, alternate and efficacious remedy is available for the petitioner to make appropriate representation before the authorities mentioned therein. He also points out that even the grievance can be in respect of the appointment on compassionate ground. Even a provision of appeal is there.

Keeping open such alternate remedy to the petitioner to be availed of, the petition is dismissed. All the issues are kept open. 5.

Time spent in prosecuting the present petition may be considered while deciding his representation.
