Respondent Nos.1 and 2 shall not refuse to accept the examination form of the petitioner only on the ground that the validity certificate is not submitted and that the fees is not yet paid. The respondents may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceedings. However, if the tribe claim is invalidated, the respondents shall not declare the result of the petitioner' s examination until further orders of the Court. 5.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
