The applicant is an accused in C.R. No.76 of 2015, registered with police Station, Parli (Rural), Taluka Parli, District Beed, for offences punishable under sections 363, 366-A, 376 read with sec. 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, which was registered pursuant to a complaint lodged by Bhima Kashinath Shegar, alleging that his minor daughter Rohini was taken away by one Kishore Kamble, who was assisted by the present applicant.

The investigation in the present matter is complete and the chargesheet is filed. 4.

Having perused the statement of the prosecutrix recorded under section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the role attributed to the present applicant; in commission of the crime in question, in my opinion, it will be appropriate to order release of the applicant on bail. I, therefore, pass following order :- Criminal Application stands allowed.

The applicant-accused be released on bail, in connection with C.R. No.76 of 2015, registered with police Station, Parli (Rural), Taluka Parli, District Beed, for offences punishable under sections 363, 366-A, 376 read with sec. 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, on furnishing P.R.
