Learned A.G.P. has placed on record the communication dated 17.11.2025 addressed by the Law Officer of the Committee to him, tendering unconditional apology for not deciding the claim of the petitioner within stipulated time. It is further stated that since there was additional charge of Nashik Committee, the order could not be complied with within stipulated time.

It is further stated that the claim of the petitioner was kept on 13.08.2025 and on 08.10.2025, however, the petitioner was not present for the said hearing. The Committee will decide the claim of the petitioner within two weeks. The said communication is marked as "X" for identification purpose.
