The petitioner is objecting to the communication issued by the Tahsildar on 08.06.2018 directing the petitioner to lift the quota of kerosene and in the event of failure to do so threatened to cancel the licence. It appears that the Tahsildar has not applied his mind to the report of the State Vigilance Committee dated 22.05.2018, whereunder certain deficiencies concerning the functions of distribution of kerosene by the wholesaler have been pointed out. The Tahsildar before initiating any action shall pay due regard to the report of State Vigilance Committee, Mumbai referred to above. With direction as aforesaid the writ petition is disposed of.
