The learned Assistant Government Pleader raises a preliminary objection that the petitioner has an alternate remedy under the provisions of the Maharashtra Mines and Minerals Extraction (Development and Regulation) Rules 2013. 2.

In the light of that, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open. No costs.
