PER COURT :- 1) Heard. Since the Superintendent of Police has refused to grant "No Objection Certificate" for storage of high explosives required for mining activities at Gut No.22 at village Almala, Tq. Ausa, District Latur, in our view, the subjective satisfaction of the police authorities, considering the law and order situation, need not be replaced or substituted by any other opinion. However, it would be open for the Collector to consider all the relevant aspects and issue necessary directions or to consider the application tendered by the petitioner.
